Due to a high volume of interest in our accommodations and retreats, please understand the following policy;

For cancellations to Personal Yoga Retreat reservations;

  • 90+ days notice; Kawoq offers a 90% refund

  • 31-90 days notice; Kawoq offers a 65% refund

  • Between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival; Kawoq policy offers a 40% refund

  • Less than 7 days notice of cancellation, there is no refund

  • There is a 5% rebooking fee if dates are rescheduled

Wellness Services/Workshops/Yoga Classes/Ceremonies: After booking, if you choose to cancel the service more than 24 hrs before, you will be billed 50% of the rate and last minute cancellations less than 24 hrs before, will be charged 100%.

Amendments to Personal Yoga Retreats;

If you shorten the length of your visit during your stay with us; Kawoq policy offers a 50% discount on the difference between original and final rates. If you change your dates, we offer one complimentary change. The second date change we charge a $50 admin fee.

Room & Board for Trainings;

Postponement/Transfer to another training course within 31-90 days of course commencement, 100% credit for R&B to another program

  • Full cancellation more than 90 days of course commencement, 100% refund on R&B

  • Full cancellation within 31-90 days of course commencement, 50% refund on R&B

  • Full cancellation within 30 days of course commencement, no refund applies

Retreat Group Bookings;

  • All initial deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit can be transferred to a later date (within 18 months after the date of the retreat) if cancellation is more than >60 days of your retreat start date. Dates can only be moved once and beyond that, there will be a 5% transfer fee.

  • A retreat booking may be canceled precisely at the 60 day mark without any penalties other than the initial deposit will be forfeited.

  • Retreat bookings canceled between 60 and 31 days notice will forfeit the original venue hire deposit. Further payments made will be credited for future retreat or personal retreat use (to be used within 18 months).

  • For cancellation within 30 days of retreat start date, all payments will be forfeit and no longer credited to future use.

For all bookings, we do not offer refunds or take responsibility for political and environmental causes (natural disasters etc.) that could affect your stay or travel to Kawoq Forest.
