Tata Rolando, also known as Xavier Rolandio Rukikelik Ortega, is a Guatemalan ajq’ijab and multidisciplinary healer devoted to preserving and honoring Mayan cosmology. As a ceremonial guide, he works with the sacred fire and ancestral medicinal plants, including tobacco and Xuklem, nurturing balance between the human being and the spirit. Through his wisdom and experience, he bridges Mayan and Amazonian sacred traditions.
