Ceremonial cacao gently opens the heart, quieting the mind and deepening our connection to inner wisdom, community, and the spirit of the Earth. Through fire, prayer, and presence, this ceremony invites us to return to our roots and remember our connection to the sacred.

The temazcalli can be complemented with a vaginal steam (for Woman) , enhancing release, openness, and the benefits of the treatment. This practice helps to lubricate, cleanse, and harmonize the female reproductive system, providing holistic care that nourishes both body and soul.
